Hard Skills:
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, or .NET)
- Solid understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript and web development principles
- Experience building and maintaining production-grade applications
- Ability to ramp up quickly in new codebases and technologies
- Experience deploying and operating applications on Azure or AWS
