Job Description- Designs and develops the system
- Lead development teams
- Translates requirements into design
- Optimises software from performance, security and quality points of view
- Produces technical documentation
- Estimates the effort and time for development
- Sets software development standards
- Propose technical solutions for business needs and technical problems
- Collects and interprets software metrics
- Manages configuration and releases
- Contributes to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment
- Tests solutions and develops testing tools
- Documents developments-Prototypes solutions
- Acts as 2nd and 3rd line support
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Minimum of six (6) years of relevant professional experience in Information Technology.
- At least three (3) years of project experience aligned with the role profile or in a comparable position.
- Proven experience participating in at least one full end-to-end solution lifecycle.
- Demonstrated expertise in the development of enterprise-grade software systems within the specified technology domain.
- Solid knowledge of UML, with the ability to design and model applications using UML methodologies.
- Proficiency in designing and developing multi-tier architectures, including data, business logic, and user interface layers.
- Practical experience working within Scrum / Agile development environments.
- Advanced proficiency in SharePoint and SharePoint platform–specific tools
- Strong software testing and quality assurance capabilities
- Exceptional collaboration and cross-functional teamwork skills
- Technical versatility across multiple technologies and platforms
- Demonstrated capability to lead and coordinate technical teams.
- Strong technical documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear and structured solution documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
At least 1 certification among:
- Advanced-level certificate in the software development technology domain
- or an equivalent certification recognised internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)
