JOB DESCRIPTION
. Collaborating with management, departments and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications;
. Developing customization for FIS payment products;
. Designing algorithms to create new software programs and systems;
. Producing efficient and performative code based on requirements;
. Testing and deploying programs and applications;
. Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and improving existing software;
. Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance;
. Observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products;
. Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects.
SKILLS
Must have:
- Deep knowledge in payments applications and transactional systems,
- Great knowledge in banking or processing backoffice
- High knowledge and experience on ISO 8583
- High proficiency and experience in C++ programming language
- Proficiency on Oracle Database and Linux
- Proficiency in Java or Angular
- Language: Spanish (advanced/fluent) and English (advanced reading, writing and listening)
- Proven analytical abilities
Nice to have:
- Deep knowledge in one of the following FIS applications: IST Switch, Clearing, MAS, CBK, Data Navigator.
- Language: English (fluent).
