Primary Responsibilities:
- Define and lead enterprise front-end architecture strategy for Agentic AI platforms, including Copilot Studio-integrated applications and agent-driven web solutions
- Design and standardize scalable UI frameworks for conversational, hybrid, and multi-agent interaction experiences
- Architect and deliver high-performance front-end systems using React.js (TypeScript), modern state management, and modular UI patterns
- Establish reusable design patterns and component libraries for chat interfaces, workflow orchestration, and insight visualization
- Drive performance optimization standards to support real-time AI interactions and dynamic user experiences
- Lead front-end governance, including code reviews, quality standards, and best practices across teams
- Design innovative, fluid UI experiences that adapt to user context, agent outputs, and multi-step workflows
- Introduce and scale interaction models for conversational AI, guided workflows, predictive UI, and human-in-the-loop decisioning
- Partner with backend, AI/ML, and data teams to translate complex agent workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
- Architect seamless integrations with Copilot Studio agents, APIs, event-driven systems, and enterprise platforms
- Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all agent-driven applications
- Mentor engineers and influence cross-functional teams including Product, AI, Data, and Platform Engineering
- Drive alignment of front-end initiatives with enterprise AI strategy and long-term platform vision
- Maintain expertise in emerging technologies including agentic AI frameworks, conversational UX, and enterprise front-end architecture trends
- Ensure adherence to security, identity, and enterprise standards (e.g., MSAL, OAuth, Azure ecosystem)

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of front-end engineering experience
- 3+ of React.js ecosystem (Hooks, Context, advanced patterns) experience
- Experience leading large-scale UI platforms and enterprise-grade front-end solutions
- Experience integrating APIs, microservices, and real-time data systems
- Solid proficiency in TypeScript and scalable front-end architecture design
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical architecture across cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or conversational AI systems
- Experience designing AI-assisted UX or copilot-style applications
- Experience building and scaling design systems or reusable UI platforms
- Exposure to agentic AI frameworks or orchestration patterns (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph concepts)
- Familiarity with Azure ecosystem and enterprise cloud environments
- Knowledge of enterprise authentication and security frameworks (MSAL, OAuth)
