Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, quick-learning developer to join our DV Equities desk. In this role, you will be involved in the development of our cutting-edge, low-latency trading platform, which competes in the most competitive markets in the world.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work alongside senior traders and experienced software developers
- Improve and extend the core trading platform, enhance existing trades, and identify and pursue new opportunities
- Further responsibilities may be driven by the individual’s interests and specific skills
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of professional software engineering experience with Python
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in algorithmic trading
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution
