What You’ll Do

• Design and develop high-quality backend services and APIs.
• Contribute to scalable architectures and solutions integrated with other internal systems.
• Participate in the full development cycle: from technical analysis to delivery and maintenance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments.
• Apply best practices in development, security, and DevOps.

What We’re Looking For

You are a backend developer with solid experience in Java and microservices architecture. You understand how backend systems support real-world operational processes. You have a DevOps mindset and thrive in collaborative, multicultural environments.

• Over 3 years of experience as a backend developer.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs, relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and event-driven architectures.
• Good level of English and Spanish.
• DevOps mindset and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
