Position: Software Design Engineer 3

Location: Redmond WA

Duration: Full Time

Job Description:

Develop software programs of a complex nature, including operating systems, applications and/or network products. Develop project plans, functional specifications and schedules for these products. Design and perform analysis on complex programs and systems. Assist in determining product requirements, technical specifications, and enhancements.

Skills Require;

Web Experiences – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular.js or Boot Strap, MPM, etc. – a couple years of experience
Examples of things they have built – sites that they have built that they can share
C# and Xaml – 4 or 5 years
Azure – how to do deployments, web roles and worker roles, virtual machines, manage Azure subscriptions (1 year at least)

Experience required:

Overall years of experience – 5+ across a variety of different technologies (at least a couple years of experience is required) – interacting with principal level folks

Best Candidate Vs Average; experience in corporate environment not start up, experience with multiple technologies (websites, JavaScript, html, CSS, web frameworks like boot strap, angular.js, JQuery) and on the native side (C#, Xaml), someone who has an entrepreneurial streak, create their own app and even failed (not school or work related)

5+ years overall software development experience across multiple technologies
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and web frameworks (Angular.js, Bootstrap, JQuery) with a couple years' experience
C# and Xaml development experience (4-5 years)
Azure experience: deployments, web roles, worker roles, virtual machines, managing Azure subscriptions (minimum ~1 year)
Portfolio or examples of sites/apps they have built to share
Experience working in a corporate (not startup) environment
Entrepreneurial experience (built own app/startup experience)
