About the Role:

The Software Control Engineer will play a pivotal role in enhancing the functionality and reliability of our consumer support services through innovative software solutions. This position involves designing, developing, and implementing control systems that optimize our service delivery processes. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that software applications meet both technical specifications and user needs. A key outcome of this role is to improve customer satisfaction by ensuring that our software systems are efficient, effective, and user-friendly. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in software development, particularly in control systems.
  • Programming skills in languages such as PLC , KUKA robot 、C++.
  • Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with consumer support services or related industries.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their application in software control.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud-based software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software control systems for consumer support applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct testing and validation of software systems to ensure they meet quality standards and user expectations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner to minimize disruption to service delivery.
  • Document software designs, processes, and changes to maintain clear communication and knowledge sharing within the team.

Skills:

Proficiency of office software such as WORD, EXCEL, PPT and PLEX;Great English;Familiar with brand/non-brand PLC programming, touch screen programming, experienced in motion control programming; Great abilities of communication and Coordination; Great ability of time management; Strong awareness of initiative study and great ability of study;      

Languages: 

English,proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Skills Required
