The Omnichannel and Business Services Division Capital Markets Department is a rapidly developing and innovative sector. As a software configurator, you help implement a wide variety of software-related initiatives. You configure, administer, maintain and develop solutions while ensuring stable growth in software use. Help install and test software.

Document workflows to outside suppliers using Confluence.

Standardize software applications.

Provide technical support to users.

Analyze, diagnose, follow up on and resolve medium- to high-severity system issues.

What you bring to the table

Bachelor’s degree in computer science
-
A minimum of four years of relevant experience in network configuration, Linux or Windows server administration, or any other relevant experience

Experience working with software packages

Knowledge of French is required

Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients

Knowledge of incident, service inquiry and change management

Knowledge of job scheduling (Control-M, AutoSys)
