We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Software Business Analyst to join our team.
The role involves working with requirements in the pre-sale process for tailor-made software, as well as some customized platform solutions. Then analyze client needs and design solutions with the team to ensure that the final product meets business objectives.
The responsibilities include working closely with stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective collaboration and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the pre-sale process between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Conduct detailed requirements gathering with stakeholders.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and user requirements.
- Collaborate with solution architects and developers to design solutions.
- Validate solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Create draft solution design pages (wireframes) to clarify and verify with stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain proposal documents.
- Break down complex requirements into clear, actionable tasks to ensure manageability.
- Prepare user stories or backlog items descriptions for the development team and participate in sprint activities.
- Coordinate with project managers in planning and monitoring project activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software business analysis or related field.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent communication in speaking and writing skills in both English and Thai.
- Experience with SDLC and agile methodologies is desirable.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Experience in leading and mentoring junior BAs is a plus.
- Experience in FinTech, AI, eCommerce, ERP, and Logistics is a plus.
