We are looking for a Billing and Contracts Specialist with software billing experience and great attention to detail. This is a key role for our organization as it's responsible for managing client invoicing and contract setup procedures for Quest Analytics. You will collaborate with clients as the primary contact for invoicing-related inquiries. This person will work closely with our Corporate Controller to research overdue account balances, oversee collections efforts, and assist with other accounting projects. #LI-Remote

What you'll do:

  • Upon Saas Software contract set-up approval, generate all execution invoicing for the contract
  • Set up renewal billing records for renewals
  • Process monthly invoicing accurately and timely
  • Ensure contract and invoice documentation is retained for invoicing audit
  • Resolve any issues in the recurring invoicing process
  • Regularly review A/R Aging with the Corporate Controller and actively pursue approved, delinquent accounts 
  • Validate invoicing data for completeness and accuracy
  • Assist with system process improvements and integration projects

What it requires:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or 5 years of experience in lieu of the degree
  • Minimum 5 years work experience required in Contract billing, SAAS Software work environment preferred
  • Experience with Sage/Intacct, Netsuite, and/or Great Plains Systems
  • Experience working in a CRM system, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong Excel and communication skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude 
  • Collaborated and excels in a team environment
  • The position is considered hybrid and will be allowed to work remotely with the ability to come into the office as needed
