Mobile Architecture & Development:
- Architect, develop, and deliver cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI targeting iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.
- Design and implement offline-first architecture with local data persistence and sync for use in environments with unreliable connectivity.
- Build platform-specific implementations where needed (audio, Bluetooth, camera, push notifications) and manage platform differences across iOS and Android.
- Own the mobile CI/CD pipeline including App Store and Play Store deployment, certificate management, code signing, and automated builds.
- Design shared library architecture enabling code reuse between the mobile application and web services.
Web & Backend Development:- Design, develop, and maintain web applications and services using C#, .NET Core / .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core Web API, and SQL Server.
- Contribute to frontend development using Vue.js and TypeScript.
- Drive modernization of legacy .NET Framework applications toward .NET 8+ using incremental migration patterns (Strangler Fig).
- Own the entire lifecycle of your code, from deployment to production, ensuring smooth monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Maintain high standards for your code's test coverage, including unit, integration, and automated functional tests.
Collaboration and Mentorship:- Collaborate with product management, US-based architects, and cross-functional teams to plan, design, and scope new features while identifying opportunities for enhancements.
- Provide guidance, leadership, and mentorship to engineers, ensuring alignment with quality, security, scalability, and usability standards.
- Work closely with the India engineering team and US product leadership across time zones.
Ownership and Quality:- Take ownership of your code from development to production, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative and leadership within the engineering team.
- Follow Agile methodologies to deliver software efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data security standards (HIPAA).
What You'll Need to Be Successful (Required Skills):- 10-12 years of hands-on experience in building mobile and full-stack web applications.
- Strong experience with .NET MAUI or Xamarin.Forms for cross-platform mobile development (work done after 2024 preferred).
- Production experience deploying apps to Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including certificate management and code signing.
- Experience with platform-specific mobile development — writing code that targets iOS or Android specifically (e.g., audio recording, BLE, push notifications).
- Understanding of C# compilation differences across platforms (iOS AOT vs Android JIT).
- Experience with offline-first architecture and data synchronization patterns (SQLite, Couchbase Lite, or similar).
- Strong experience with C#, .NET Core / .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server.
- Experience designing shared code libraries and multi-project architectures.
- Familiarity with MVVM pattern and CommunityToolkit.Mvvm.
- Experience with CI/CD for mobile (Codemagic, App Center, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions for signed builds).
- Solid problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership.
- Clear and concise communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
