We are looking for an experienced and talented Software Architect to join our Voca product team.
Voca product provides extensive Contact Center and Conversational IVR capabilities running on
both on prem and SAAS environments.
Job Description:
- Define the system requirements for Voca Product.
- Defining the architecture for next generation products.
- Write system design documents
Requirements- At least first degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years of working as a Software Architect
- Highly analytical mindset, with an ability to see both the big picture and the details
- Experience in system/software architecture design
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Strong analytical skills and self-learning
- Strong English oral and written communication skills, presenting skills
- Complex system comprehension
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in SaaS environment (Azure, AWS, ...)
- Knowledge of SIP protocol stack - advantage
- Knowledge in contact center - advantage
- Vast knowledge and hands on using AI tools (for MVP, fast prototyping, etc)
Skills Required
