Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced hands-on Senior Tech Lead/Software Architect with expertise in cloud development to lead the design and development of our cloud-based applications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop cloud-based software architectures that meet business and technical requirements.
- Optimize the development process for cloud applications, ensuring best practices in design, development, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security in cloud-based applications.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance and support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends, recommending tools and frameworks for efficient development.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software development with at least 5 years focused on cloud application development.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong experience with cloud architecture patterns (microservices, serverless, etc.).
- Hands-on expertise in programming languages such as Node.JS, Python or Java.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data processing frameworks.
- Understanding of security principles in cloud environments.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
