Handle incoming customer support requests through phone, email, and chat; own issues through resolution or escalation; document activity; prioritize urgent cases; identify process improvements, self-service opportunities, and automation; and collaborate across teams. The role requires strong customer service skills, technological proficiency with software and hardware, and flexibility for some weekend, holiday, and extra-hour coverage.

Leads LiveU’s enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI roadmap by building a scalable cloud data platform, deploying production AI and ML solutions, enabling company-wide GenAI adoption, and delivering self-service BI. Oversees data governance, security, compliance, FinOps, systems integration, and executive reporting while managing and mentoring data and AI engineers and analysts.

Manage day-to-day accounts payable for local and foreign vendors, credit card reconciliation, vendor records in ERP, expense reimbursements, support period closings, and ad hoc accounting projects.
