Plans subcontractor production, finished goods and component replenishment, raw material requirements, and inventory availability across AMR warehouses. Coordinates supply execution with subcontractors, sales, logistics, order management, and global planning teams. Monitors shortages and excess, supports forecasting and fulfillment, maintains ERP and planning data, analyzes inventory using Excel and BI, and improves planning processes. The role includes regular visits to subcontractors in New Jersey.

The role involves direct sales and business development for U.S. Public Safety and Federal agencies, focusing on building a pipeline and closing high-value deals while developing market strategies and customer relationships.

Provide technical leadership across Oceania to support sales: run demos, trials and POCs; lead technical discussions and solution development; train partners; manage exhibitions/roadshows; gather market requirements for product roadmap; coordinate with HQ and customer success; prepare and test units for shipping and rentals.

Manage day-to-day accounts payable for local and foreign vendors, credit card reconciliation, vendor records in ERP, expense reimbursements, support period closings, and ad hoc accounting projects.
