The Opportunity:

As a CACI SOF Target Development Analyst, you will utilize the intelligence process to compile, collate, and evaluate AOR-specific operational requirements in support of senior level engagements with internal and external targeting Communities of Interest. Additionally, you will support the coordination of targeting efforts with the Intelligence Community and Interagency organizations on the behalf of the client and in support of SOCCENT and CENTCOM priorities.
Responsibilities:

• Provide direct analytical support in coordination with functional members of a Multi-Disciplined Intelligence Support Team.
• Monitor reporting and threat streams throughout the CENTCOM AOR to produce predictive and finished intelligence products and coordinate all analytical products for dissemination.
• Produce assessments, reports, briefings, threat analyses, and special studies tailored to threat networks within the CENTCOM AOR.
• Engage with associated organizations for intelligence support and collaboration or coordination on externally-generated production.
• Integrate requested capabilities across Intelligence functional areas (SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT).

Qualifications:
Required: 

• Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
• Current Poly or the ability to obtain a Poly.
• Five years of analytical experience within the past ten years in the CENTCOM AOR, providing direct support to SOF units, commands, or similar/relevant Interagency units.
• Practical experience accomplishing the following tasks:
• Applying Irregular Warfare analysis TTPs within the past ten years. 
• Analyzing adversary networks and operating patterns.
• Associative targeting (individuals, cells, network C2, and logistics).
• Conducting analysis to identify and target adversary networks and operating patterns.
• Application of quantitative and qualitative analytical methods, including design, development, and management of targeting models and packages. 
• Analyzing population demographics within the CENTCOM AOR, including tribal dynamics, ethnic groups, religions, and population diaspora pertaining to Iranian expatriates.
• Utilizing IC tools to conduct research, perform analysis, and develop tailored Intelligence products.
• Practical experience operating I2 Analyst Notebook to create imagery and geospatial products.
• Provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. 
• Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.
• Bachelor's degree and seven years of work experience. 

Desired:

• More than 10 years of experience conducting network analysis in support of attack the network operations - including counter-facilitation.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience providing analytical support to one or more SOF units or commands.
• Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations supporting SOF.
• Experience providing direct analytical support to operations and providing direct analytical and targeting support to deployed SOF elements.
• Practical understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook and FADE/MIST.
• Practical experience operating arcGIS to create imagery and geospatial products.
• Expert understanding of Intel-related databases such as M3, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, ICReach, Cultweave, and PROTON.
• Expert understanding of Intel targeting tools such as the Skope toolset or the Voltron toolset.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$70,900 - $148,900
