Position Overview: 

Sociotherapist Supervisor is responsible for the supervisory oversight of Sociotherapists. Ensuring optimal delivery of clinical support, services and crisis intervention along with behavioral management, therapeutic and developmental support to youth and their caregivers. Conduct individual and group supervision that focuses on sharpening of clinical interventions and skills as well as compliance with documentation and billing. Provide assessment, individual, family, and/or group therapy. Flexible hours to meet the needs of clients.

Position Qualifications:

NYS Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) required, LCSW preferred. Experience utilizing evidence-informed treatment approaches in a managed care environment preferred. Experience as mental health professional, and supervisor, with families and child/adolescent population. Foster Care Experience preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
