As our Social Responsibility Reporting Lead, you'll lead our global sustainability reporting program, environmental data strategy and carbon reporting, while building AI-powered systems that transform how we measure, manage and communicate our impact.

Working cross-functionally with teams across Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and Social Responsibility, you'll ensure our sustainability data is accurate, trusted and ready for an evolving regulatory landscape.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead Princess Polly's sustainability reporting program, delivering high-quality external disclosures including CDP, Textile Exchange and our annual Impact Report.

  • Build and optimise our AI-powered reporting hub, using automation to streamline reporting, improve data quality and create audit-ready processes.

  • Own our sustainability data governance, dashboards and reporting systems, ensuring trusted, accessible data across the business.

  • Lead our carbon reporting, including Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, Science Based Targets (SBTi) reporting and annual footprint verification.

  • Develop and evolve our Environmental Management System (EMS), using AI and automation to improve environmental data collection and reporting.

  • Monitor emerging sustainability regulations and help ensure our reporting continues to meet evolving global requirements.

  • Partner across Finance, Supply Chain, Legal and Social Responsibility to continuously improve sustainability reporting and performance.

What you’ll bring:

  • 6 years' experience in sustainability reporting, ESG, environmental data or a related field.

  • Experience leading or coordinating sustainability disclosures such as CDP, Textile Exchange, ASRS, TCFD, GRI or similar reporting frameworks. 

  • An understanding of carbon accounting, greenhouse gas reporting or environmental performance data.

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel, Google Sheets and data management systems.

  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for using AI and automation to improve reporting processes and solve complex problems.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across a global business.

  • Experience in fashion, retail or consumer goods is advantageous, but not essential.

Skills Required

  • 6 years' experience in sustainability reporting, ESG, environmental data or a related field
