Are you ready to shape the next chapter of Princess Polly’s sustainability journey? At Princess Polly, we’re not just redefining fashion, we’re redefining impact. As our Social Responsibility Engagement Lead, you’ll play a key role within our sustainability team, supporting and leading priority projects that drive our global social and environmental commitments forward. 

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to help deliver against our B Corp commitments, contribute to key sustainability reporting, and bring our purpose to life through meaningful engagement initiatives.

This role is for a strong collaborator, someone who can lead projects, influence outcomes, and turn strategy into action, while working as part of a broader team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and deliver social responsibility and sustainability projects, aligned to Princess Polly’s global strategy. 
  • Play a key role in B Corp and recertification, supporting data collection, stakeholder coordination and reporting
  • Contribute to key reporting including - Annual impact Reports, CDP submissions, Modern Slavery Statements and RAPs. 
  • Manage partnerships with charities and community organisations to maximise social and environmental impact.
  • Inspire our team through workshops, onboarding sessions, and events that connect everyone to our mission.

What you’ll bring:

  • 4+ years’ experience in sustainability, CSR, or social impact roles (retail experience a plus).
  • Proven Experience leading projects or workstreams within a broader team. 
  • Hands-on experience with B Corp, CDP, TEMB, RAP, or Modern Slavery reporting.
  • Experience using Trello (you live for a good project board!).
  • A natural communicator and facilitator who brings people together.
  • Passionate, proactive, and deeply motivated to make a difference.
