Job DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities
- Manage and publish content across corporate social media channels.
- Support analytics, reporting and brand governance across digital channels
Specific Responsibilities
- At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
- Build, schedule, and publish posts across LinkedIn & Facebook
- Resize and adapt creative assets for each platform
- Draft social copy aligned to SGS tone of voice
- Manage approval workflows with UK team
- Pull weekly/monthly analytics and performance insights
- Support paid social execution (boosting, targeting, tracking)
- Maintain governance, tagging, and brand consistency
- Ensure same day turnaround for priority posts (per SLA)
- Complete other duties or tasks assigned by the Manager or other leadership.
- Ensures work area in RBS is always kept clean and presentable.
- Remains familiar with SGS quality assurance procedures.
- Complies to all SGS health and safety and HR policies and procedures.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Marketing, Digital Marketing, communication or a related field. Equivalent technical or professional qualification can also be accepted in lieu
- 2–3 years’ experience in social media execution
- Strong copywriting and asset adaptation skills
- Familiar with Sprout, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Highly organized, comfortable with daily volume and fast SLAs
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret social metrics
- Detail driven, process oriented, comfortable working with UK time zone
