As part of ESET’s Global PR and Communications teams, you’ll work alongside another content creator to produce compelling video content that supports our brand messaging and connects with global audiences. Your focus will be on executing, evolving, and optimizing our formats and bringing fresh creative ideas to the table.
Functional Responsibilities and Duties (English - Mandatory)
- Create and deliver high-quality video content for ESET’s social media channels (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and content platforms (WeLiveSecurity, ESET Blog).
- Adapt and evolve existing video formats based on performance insights, platform trends, and audience feedback.
- Collaborate closely with your fellow content creator, marketing, communications and digital colleagues to ensure consistency and impactful creativity.
- Stay on top of trends in short-form and long-form video, experimenting with new tools, formats, and storytelling techniques.
- Contribute ideas for new content series, formats, and campaigns that align with ESET’s tone and goals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all video content, while tailoring messaging to different audiences (B2C, B2B, tech-savvy, general public).
- Participate in creative planning sessions and content brainstorms with cross-functional teams.
- Travel may be required in an ad-hoc capacity.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in film or media is preferred
Experience
Minimum three years’ experience in social media video content creation and editing (demonstrated through a portfolio of work), that includes relevant experience in:
- Determining production requirements, such as production budget, set locations, cast, filming crew and technical equipment.
- Creating storyboards.
- Video shooting and audio recording, such as determining all aspects of the shots, scene planning, assembling, positioning and operating A/V and lighting equipment and capturing quality video and audio footage.
- Film directing: Working with protagonists and other individuals on set to achieve their best performance, collaborating with other team members, designers, art-directors, sound technicians and possibly other personnel.
- Editing of the footage, including proficiency in industry-standard video/multimedia editing software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects.
- Post-production, such as color grading, retouching, graphics & animation, compositing, special effects, designing and producing visuals and graphic elements.
Knowledge
- A demonstrable knowledge of social media and channels video trends.
- Excellent theoretical knowledge of film directing, shooting, editing and post-production.
Language
- English level at least B2, preferably C1

Basic wage component (gross): from 2100 EUR
- Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
