We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist who can think strategically, create compelling content and lead clients through modern social marketing — across organic, paid and influencer.
What You’ll Do

  • Lead social media strategy across multiple clients and industries
  • Lead social media productions from concepting to capturing video
  • Lead influencer strategy, liaise with creators and drive campaign execution
  • Collaborate with creative, account and media teams to shape integrated ideas
  • Analyze performance and turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Present strategies and campaign ideas directly to clients
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline research, trend analysis, content planning and reporting, creating more time to focus on strategic thinking, creative collaboration and delivering meaningful results for clients
  • Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate content planning, reporting narratives, audience insights and client communications, while ensuring final recommendations reflect strategic thinking, sound judgment and each client's unique goals and voice
What You Bring
  • 3–6 years of experience in social media or content strategy (agency experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of platforms like TikTok, Meta, YouTube and emerging channels
  • Comfort leveraging AI-enabled tools while applying thoughtful judgment to ensure recommendations, content and insights remain accurate, relevant and aligned with client goals and Hiebing's standards of excellence
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Confidence working directly with clients and cross-functional teams
  • A clear point of view — you don’t just execute, you push the work forward

Work Environment & Eligibility
Hybrid role based in Madison, WI (in-office Monday–Wednesday; remote Thursday–Friday). Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Skills Required

  • 3-6 years of experience in social media or content strategy
