We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Social Media Strategist to lead the development and execution of social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business results. This role requires deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and audience behaviors to craft compelling content strategies and paid social campaigns. The ideal candidate works closely with creative, media, and analytics teams to optimize social presence and ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop integrated social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing plans.

· Analyze audience insights, platform trends, and competitive activity to inform strategy.

· Collaborate with creative teams to develop relevant content and messaging tailored for each social channel.

· Plan and oversee paid social campaigns, working with media buyers to optimize performance.

· Monitor social media KPIs and generate regular reports with actionable recommendations.

· Advise clients and internal stakeholders on social media best practices and emerging opportunities.

· Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to inspire innovative social campaigns.

· Mentor junior social media strategists and support team growth.

Qualifications

· 7+ years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in an agency environment.

· Proven track record managing social media campaigns for consumer or B2B brands.

· Deep understanding of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).

· Strong analytical skills with experience using social listening and analytics tools.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
