Position Summary

Nestig seeks a Social Media Strategist to grow our presence across organic and paid social channels. In this role, you'll craft data-informed strategies that elevate the brand's storytelling and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our direct-to-consumer baby and kids’ furniture e-commerce brand. Reporting to the Head of Brand, you’ll work closely with the marketing team to build engaging campaigns that grow the brand’s visibility and affinity.

You’ll source compelling, brand-aligned content from creators, graphic designers, 3D artists, and UGC – occasionally creating it yourself.
  • Coordinate Paid Social Content Creation: Partner with external agencies and internal stakeholders on paid social ad development, bringing insights on what works for organic channels and upcoming social trends, alongside commissioning content from creators with clear, concise, inspiring briefs with well-defined objectives.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify and engage influencers who align with our brand values and target audience, managing partnerships to optimize ROI.
  • Manage Social Content & Influencer Budgets: Allocate budget to maximize ROI and negotiate to secure effective partnership terms.
  • Analyze Performance: Monitor creative performance metrics, translating insights into actionable strategies for optimization.
  • Market Research: Track competitive trends to keep our creative strategy relevant within the nursery furniture and home decor space.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4–6+ years of experience managing social campaigns across Instagram and TikTok
  • Must be able to work onsite in our New York office in Flatiron three (3) days a week [Monday, Wednesday, Thursday]
  • Strong community-building skills and a strategic approach to influencer engagement
  • Proficiency in photography and videography, using an iPhone and editing software
  • Experience with social media management and analytical tools
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Expertise using data to inform your decision-making process
  • An eye for design and interiors
  • Ability to embody and exercise Nestig's Core Values in all facets of the business
