About Your Contributions:
Analyze social media metrics and revenue to help inform data-led strategy; synthesize data into “big picture” analysis and make recommendations with a focus on revenue-driving action items.
Regularly prepare reports that highlight social media performance against key revenue and engagement metrics, providing in-depth analysis and key takeaways.
Write social post copy that’s optimized for each social channel, with the goal of driving engagement and revenue.
Maintain a sharp understanding of social media trends, platform capabilities, and cultural landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Curate content pitches based on past performance data and emerging industry trends.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of each initiative.
On occasion, pitch social video concepts and execute end-to-end video production processes, including scripting, appearing in, and filming.
About You:
A highly motivated self-starter with proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with building and presenting social analytics and reporting/insights.
An idea generator who can think of new, fresh social and video ideas.
Must be able to communicate effectively across teams verbally and in writing.
Must have a love for social media and an eye on trends in the industry.
Must be highly organized with excellent follow-through.
