About Your Contributions:

• Analyze social media metrics and revenue to help inform data-led strategy; synthesize data into “big picture” analysis and make recommendations with a focus on revenue-driving action items.

• Regularly prepare reports that highlight social media performance against key revenue and engagement metrics, providing in-depth analysis and key takeaways.

• Write social post copy that’s optimized for each social channel, with the goal of driving engagement and revenue.

• Maintain a sharp understanding of social media trends, platform capabilities, and cultural landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

• Curate content pitches based on past performance data and emerging industry trends.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of each initiative.

• On occasion, pitch social video concepts and execute end-to-end video production processes, including scripting, appearing in, and filming.

• A highly motivated self-starter with proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with building and presenting social analytics and reporting/insights.

• An idea generator who can think of new, fresh social and video ideas.

• Must be able to communicate effectively across teams verbally and in writing.
