  • Surface audience sentiment, trends, and emerging opportunities to relevant account leads.

  • Align on content calendars, campaign timelines, and client priorities.


  • Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a marketing or creative agency.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong platform fluency across major social media channels.
  • Ability to maintain a steady operational rhythm and meet consistent deadlines.
