Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Specialist to support the social media presence of multiple brands within the Mas Alto Capital portfolio.
This role will be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and managing content across various social media platforms while ensuring that each brand maintains a consistent voice, identity, and online presence.
The ideal candidate is passionate about content creation, digital storytelling, audience engagement, and social media trends. They should be comfortable managing content for multiple brands and adapting messaging to different audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts across multiple brands within the Mas Alto Capital portfolio.
- Create, schedule, and publish content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Write engaging captions and adapt content to suit different brand voices and target audiences.
- Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing initiatives and business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, updates, project highlights, announcements, and promotional materials.
- Monitor social media engagement and assist with responding to comments, messages, and inquiries when required.
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular social media reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Support employer branding, marketing campaigns, property launches, company news, and special projects.
- Collaborate with designers, marketing team members, and external partners to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media for companies, agencies, or multiple brands.
- Strong experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other major social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience using social media management and scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Profile

- Has experience working with international companies or multiple brands.
- Has experience creating content for hospitality, real estate, lifestyle, travel, or related industries.
- Is proficient with Canva and other content creation tools.
- Understands social media trends, audience growth strategies, and content performance optimization.
- Is creative, proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
Objective of the Role
The Social Media Specialist will help strengthen the digital presence of all brands within the Mas Alto Capital portfolio by creating engaging content, increasing audience engagement, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting overall marketing and growth initiatives.
