Profile Requirements:

  • Min 2.5 Years of Proven Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Experience creating and editing short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Familiarity with AI content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies
  • Excellent written communication skills for captions and social media messaging
  • Ability to manage multiple social media platforms simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Core responsibilities:

  • Publish and schedule pre-created social media content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
  • Create engaging social media content including graphics, promotional posts, stories, carousels, Reels, TikToks, and Shorts
  • Utilize AI tools to assist with content creation, captions, content ideas, and social media campaigns
  • Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
  • Develop content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules
  • Create content highlighting services, customer experiences, events, promotions, and brand initiatives
  • Edit short-form video content for social media platforms
  • Write captions, hashtags, and descriptions optimized for engagement and reach
  • Monitor social media trends and recommend new content opportunities
  • Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely and professional manner
  • Engage with followers and help build an active online community
  • Monitor platform analytics and track content performance
  • Repurpose content across multiple platforms to maximize visibility and reach
  • Coordinate with management regarding promotions, campaigns, and upcoming events
  • Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and visual presentation across all platforms
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and online promotional campaigns as needed
  • Assist in setting up, managing, and boosting targeted social media advertisements (e.g., Meta Ads) to increase reach
