We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who will be the human voice of Rohlik.cz and will be building a Lovebrand on social — someone who knows how to turn campaigns, products and everyday moments into content that people actually stop for.

You’ll shape the voice of Rohlik in one of our most important markets — not just “post content,” but define how we show up socially.

This is a full-time role where you’ll have the space and ownership to truly build something — not just manage it.
You’ll have space to create, experiment and test bold ideas — we move fast and back good thinking with action.
Your work won’t disappear in a feed — it will influence how millions of customers see, feel and talk about Rohlik.
What this role is about
Your mission is simple: Turn Rohlik’s brand story into content that connects, performs and gets remembered. You’ll own and execute social media content for the Czech market across key platforms — from everyday posts to full campaign launches.
You will:
Own and execute social media content across IG, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
Adapt global campaigns into local tone, humor and timing
Create platform-native formats (Reels, TikToks, carousels, memes, UGC)
Write copy that sounds human — bold, warm and emotionally real
Develop influencer & UGC creator collaborations
Brief and co-create visuals and video content with the creative team
Engage with the community — replies, conversations, feedback loops
Track performance and adjust content based on data
Collaborate with paid social & CRM on testing hooks and messaging
What we’re looking for
2+ years running social media for brands
Strong Czech copywriting + advanced English
Platform-native mindset (IG, TikTok, FB — LinkedIn a plus)
Hands-on content creation skills (Canva, CapCut, Figma, Adobe…)
Experience working with influencers & UGC creators
Performance mindset — you track what works and optimise fast
Comfortable using AI tools to speed up ideation and production
Proactive, communicative and able to manage multiple priorities
