YOUR ROLE:
RAPP MENA is looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage and grow clients’ social media presence. The role requires strong content creation sense, platform understanding, and the ability to work closely with account, creative, and strategy teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
This role requires bilingual communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently in both Arabic and English.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaign objectives.
- Write clear, engaging captions and TOVs adapted to each platform.
- Coordinate with creative teams on visuals and videos.
- Manage day-to-day social media content across platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community engagement.
- Track performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on local social trends, formats, and platform updates.
- Support campaign launches and real-time activations.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of social platforms and content formats.
- Good copywriting skills in English & Arabic.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and KPIs.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and native platform insights.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts.
- Comfortable working independently under deadlines.
Our Hybrid Work Model:
RAPP's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, if we'd like.
