We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to join our team in Barcelona! You’ll be responsible for boosting our brand presence, activating our community, and driving growth through engaging content and social interaction strategies.

💪🏻 What You'll Do- Organic content creation: Manage and produce engaging content for the company’s profiles on Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Personal branding: Create engaging content for our team’s personal LinkedIn profiles, strengthening our thought leadership and brand visibility.
- Social listening: Monitor social platforms to identify and join relevant mentions, conversations, and trends.
- Community activation: Drive active participation in the community through thoughtful comments, interesting questions, and proactive interaction with key profiles.
- Partnership development: Identify and nurture partnerships with influencers and thought leaders in sales and B2B sectors to expand our reach and credibility.
- Video content: Conceptualize and produce creative and entertaining videos that humanize our brand and increase engagement.
- New channel launches: Strategically launch and grow new social channels such as TikTok and YouTube, tailoring content to each platform’s specific audience.
- Metrics and optimization: Regularly track, analyze, and optimize content performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.

Creativity at the core: Ability to bring fresh, innovative ideas to content and campaigns.
Language skills: Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Startup mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Video editing skills: Hands-on experience with video editing tools (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or CapCut)
