This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes digital storytelling, knows how to craft copy that engages, and has an eye for design. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, etc.)
  • Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy tailored to each channel and audience
  • Create visuals, and multimedia assets to support posts and campaigns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support broader campaigns, initiatives, and manage a cross-functional content calendar with brand, design, and product marketing teams.
  • Monitor and maintain social channels daily - including executive leadership accounts. 
  • Engage with followers, and respond to messages/comments in brand voice
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports on engagement, growth, and campaign results
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform strategy
  • Assist with community-building efforts and influencer/partnership outreach

Requirements
  • Experience in video editing and short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Proven copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across platforms
  • An eye for design (experience could include Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools)
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, branding, and audience engagement
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborative spirit and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising
  • Background in B2B, B2C, or industry-specific marketing
