About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Social Media Specialist (Sr. Executive, Assistant Manager) to own our social media presence end-to-end. You'll manage our channels across Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, drive our blog and website content, and lead influencer marketing initiatives - all while working closely with designers and video editors to bring ideas to life. This role is perfect for someone who understands both the art and science of social media, knows what makes content work on different platforms, and stays on top of how AI is reshaping content creation and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Own end-to-end management of QueueBuster's social media presence across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube
- Understand platform-specific nuances — what drives engagement on Instagram vs. what resonates on LinkedIn — and tailor content strategy accordingly
- Plan, create, and execute a consistent content calendar across all platforms
Content & Website
- Manage the company blog and website content, including writing, editing, and publishing
- Create clear, engaging written content that reflects QueueBuster's brand voice
Video Content
- Understand video content deeply — plan and execute impactful Reels, Shorts, UGC content, and long-format videos
- Translate ideas into scripts, storyboards, or briefs that designers and editors can execute against
Influencer Marketing
- Manage influencer marketing videos end to end — from identifying the right influencers, to negotiation, to execution and delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators relevant to QueueBuster's target audience
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with a team of designers and video editors to shape ideas into high-quality static and video content
- Provide clear creative direction and feedback to ensure content aligns with strategy and brand guidelines
- Coordinate with product team and other senior stakeholders for creating product-led content such as tutorials, testimonials etc.
Digital Marketing Awareness
- Maintain a strong understanding of the broader digital marketing landscape
- While the role is primarily social media-focused, familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO is a strong plus
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing social media end to end across Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
- Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategy (what works on Instagram vs. LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience with content writing for blogs and websites
- Solid grasp of video content creation — Reels, Shorts, UGC, and long-format video
- Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns end to end
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of AI tools for content creation, ideation, or workflow efficiency
- Comfort collaborating closely with design and video editing teams
- B2B marketing experience is preferred but not mandatory
