- Manage company social media accounts and maintain brand consistency.
- Create content for recruitment, employer branding, and project updates.
- Coordinate project photography, videography, and drone content.
- Execute Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Support website updates and marketing materials.
- Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements.
- Work with HR and project teams on recruitment and project communications
Requirements
Skills Required
- Minimum 5 year of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn
- Strong content creation and communication skills
- Construction industry experience
