We are looking for a Social Media Specialist (Papara SuperMassive) who will be a part of our esports team. Papara SuperMassive is one of the leading esports teams in Turkey.
The team's goal is to achieve success not only in Turkey but also in the international arena by developing over time. Operating under the vision of the "Dream Team" since its inception, SuperMassive has been actively involved in various gaming disciplines. Currently, the club competes in League of Legends, VALORANT, PUBG Mobile, Brawl Stars and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and be part of a team that constantly develops and renews itself.

What You’ll Do?
- Together with the social media team, track social media trends in the esports industry and generate daily content ideas suitable for platforms such as X, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn,
- Collaborate with the social media team to prepare appropriate texts for the generated ideas and coordinate with the design team to create content,
- Edit content according to the target audience and ensure content production, sharing, and post-sharing content review,
- Check the suitability of every content to Papara SuperMassive's structure before publishing on social media channels,
- Announce and promote events organized or attended by Papara SuperMassive by monitoring them,
- Prepare reports containing traffic and engagement metrics for all social media channels and develop strategies based on these reports,
- Develop new and creative ideas to increase Papara SuperMassive's visibility on social media,
- Implement effective crisis management swiftly in case of potential crises.
Who You Are?
- Experience in a similar role preferably in the gaming industry,
- Residing in Istanbul,
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills,
- Knowledgeable in the field of esports or willing to learn,
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills,
- Solution oriented,
- Having a career goal, eager to learn and develop,
- Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment and prone to teamwork.
