Job Description
- Identify trends and insights across multiple social media platforms and develop relevant content ideas aligned with the company’s brand image
- Create engaging and valuable content across various platforms to educate, engage, and build relationships with audiences
- Strategically manage audience interactions, develop engagement strategies, and respond to feedback thoughtfully
- Support content creation processes by participating in short videos, reels, photoshoots, or other digital content production activities as on-screen talent when needed
- Collaborate with the team in executing content calendars, campaign timelines, and social media initiatives
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Communication, Multimedia, Broadcasting, Journalism, Digital Business, or related fields
- Passionate about social media and content creation, especially on Instagram and TikTok
- Familiar with social media trends, audience behavior, and digital content culture
- Creative, adaptable, tech-savvy, and able to work collaboratively within a team
- Confident, expressive, open to feedback, and proactive in communication
- Well-organized and comfortable managing content timelines and campaign executions
