ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a social savvy individual to join our Cotton On Womenswear team as a Social Media Specialist. At Cotton On we are passionate about creating brand awareness and connecting with our customer through our social channels. As the Social Media Specialist you will manage social media operating for the Brand and also play a vital role in the day to day operations of the marketing department. Responsible for building social media marketing deliverables, driving conversion and deep diving into the analytics of the content produced. Reporting weekly with key stakeholders within the business to identify key target areas for growth and channel performance. If you are someone who loves engaging customers through impactful content, then we want to meet you.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Advertising preferred  
  • Demonstrated experience establishing consumer focused social channels
  • Background or solid understanding and interest in retail essential  
  • Proven analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong knowledge of web and social analytics platform tools essential
