Position: Social Media Specialist

BIOTA Smart Home is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the social media strategy to increase our brand awareness, engage with our community, and support marketing campaigns related to smart home technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, and video) that aligns with BIOTA Smart Home’s brand identity.
• Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, respond to queries, and build community engagement.
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to track performance and optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new platforms, and social media best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create compelling visual and written content.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for smart home technology and eagerness to learn and promote BIOTA products.
