Join our Global Social Media Team in Salzburg, Austria, and ideate, develop, and execute content for Red Bull’s global social media platforms, with focus on TikTok, Instagram and YT Shorts.
In a nutshell
In this role, you’ll ideate, develop, and execute content for Red Bull’s social media global platforms, with focus on TikTok, Instagram and YT Shorts. Expectations are for this role to be an expert in producing content that is, at the same time, creative and optimized for each social channel feed. You’ll also support the education of countries and networks on how to produce and create content that fits Red Bull’s social media channels.
Ideate and Create
You'll brainstorm creative and fun content ideas with athletes, creators, or around Red Bull events that energize and excite audiences. Collaborating with athletes’ teams, networks, and countries, you’ll identify the best opportunities to create content for global channels. You'll write detailed scripts with alternative hooks and key beats to ensure the content resonates and drives engagement.
Produce
After ideating, you’ll take responsibility for producing the content, ensuring set timelines are in place and all necessary stakeholders are aligned. You’ll brief athletes, secure the best locations, and schedule shoots, making sure all equipment, materials, and team members are ready for the production.
Shoot
For larger projects, you’ll work with creators and videographers to capture the content, but for smaller productions, you’ll shoot the content yourself. You'll be onsite for Red Bull events and shoots, ensuring the content aligns with the brand’s vision and is delivered at the highest quality.
Qualifications- 4+ years of experience in the social media industry with platform-specific storytelling expertise.
- Extremely creative and innovative, with a willingness to explore and try new ideas.
- Excellent writing skills for script development and strong video editing and effects knowledge.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, TikTok Editor, and Instagram Reels Video Editor.
- Team player mentality with deep understanding of platform differences and tailoring content accordingly.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
