Responsibilities:

• Develop effective social media strategies that align with the business goals and target audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, business development, and design to ensure social media strategy aligns with business goals. 
• Research industry trends, competitor analysis, and audience preferences to inform strategy development.
• Identify KPIs and measurement metrics to track the success of social media campaigns.
• Create engaging and compelling social media content for various platforms.
• Develop creative concepts, write persuasive copy, and coordinate with design for visually appealing content..
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice across all social media channels.
• Foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
• Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, social media metrics, and audience engagement. 
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance social media strategies and achieve client objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and best practices in social media marketing.
• Conduct ongoing research and share insights with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role in a digital marketing agency or related field.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent English writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive social media content.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms 
• Experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies for diverse industries and audiences.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
