We are expanding our marketing efforts and seeking a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our talented team.
Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to create, manage, and optimize content across all major social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This individual will also oversee video production and editing for our social media content and a new podcast launching soon. You will collaborate closely with our existing marketing team, working within HubSpot to ensure cohesive and effective campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Content Creation: Develop, schedule, and publish engaging and on-brand content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms. Create graphics, captions, and video assets tailored to each platform.
- Video Production and Editing: Record, edit, and produce video content for social media and marketing initiatives. Manage video editing for a company podcast, including promotional clips, full episode edits, and social snippets. Maintain a consistent video style that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Campaign Execution and Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to support ongoing campaigns managed through HubSpot. Coordinate content calendars and promotional schedules to align with broader marketing initiatives.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns. Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights to maximize engagement and reach.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- Knowledge of podcast production and editing is a plus.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
