Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to customer queries across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
Handle day-to-day social media account management and engagement.
Create social media posts, posters, flyers, reels, and promotional creatives using Canva.
Schedule and publish content across social media channels.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotional activities.
Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and ensure timely responses.
Maintain content calendars and support basic social media planning.
Track engagement and prepare basic social media performance reports.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Proficiency in Canva for designing creatives.
Good written communication skills in English.
Creative mindset with basic design and content creation skills.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite is an added advantage.
Freshers and entry-level candidates with internship/project experience are welcome.
