You will support audience growth and engagement, and you will assist with the operationalization of strategy campaigns and projects. • You help build a GTM social media strategy for new businesses in English-speaking markets, including music, manga, and theatrical.
  • You will manage upper-funnel paid social media campaigns for English-speaking markets and region-specific programs.
  • You support communications between title marketing, brand management, and content operations to ensure impactful content launches through organic social marketing tactics.
  • You contribute to analytics-based reporting by using social media metrics to track and gain insights and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
  • You stay updated on social media trends, new platforms, content types, and insights from the anime and adjacent communities.

As the Senior Manager of Social Media, you will report to the Director of Global Social Media. We are considering applicants for the San Francisco, Culver City, or Dallas locations.
