Profile Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably within a business or agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and emerging channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging, audience-focused content.
  • Experience using social media management, scheduling, and analytics tools to plan content and measure campaign performance.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices, content strategy, audience engagement, and platform-specific trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic graphic design and content creation skills, with experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals and business objectives.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
  • Monitor social media channels daily, responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Plan and maintain content calendars, coordinating campaigns, promotions, and key marketing initiatives across platforms.
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to produce high-quality visual and written content that drives engagement.
  • Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platform features to identify new opportunities for audience growth.
  • Build and nurture online communities by fostering meaningful interactions, increasing brand awareness, and strengthening customer relationships.
