We also curate premium wedding experiences, combining design, planning, and hospitality-led execution to create celebrations that feel effortless for our clients. ## Role Overview We’re looking for a Social Media Manager based in New Delhi to own our day-to-day social presence and help us grow reach, engagement, and brand recall across platforms. You’ll develop and execute social media strategy, plan and publish content, optimize performance through analytics, and collaborate closely with our creative team to ensure everything we put out feels premium, on-brand, and timely—especially around events, weddings, and launches. ## Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement platform-wise social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals * Manage and monitor content across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn), ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging * Create and maintain content calendars, including campaign planning, event-led content, and seasonal moments * Write strong captions and post copy with clear hooks, CTAs, and brand voice; ensure basic proofreading and quality control * Optimize posts for maximum reach and engagement (timing, formats, hashtags/keywords, creative iterations, community signals) * Coordinate with the creative team (design/video) to brief, review, and finalize assets for posts, stories, reels, and carousels * Track performance using analytics tools; report on key metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth, clicks) and translate insights into action * Monitor comments and DMs (or coordinate responses) to maintain a responsive, premium brand presence * Stay updated on platform trends, formats, and best practices; test and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment ## Required Skills * Proven skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) * Strong communication and writing abilities (clear, concise, brand-appropriate copy) * Experience in content strategy and social media content planning (calendars, themes, campaign structuring) * Working knowledge of analytics tools and performance reporting to optimize content * Creative problem-solving, strong ownership, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment * Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative and marketing stakeholders ## Preferred Qualifications * 0–5 years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or creator-led business * Familiarity with event, wedding, hospitality, or luxury/lifestyle industries is a plus * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) ## What Success Looks Like in This Role * Consistent, high-quality posting cadence with strong alignment to brand aesthetics and voice * Improved reach and engagement through ongoing optimization and smart content iteration * Clear, reliable content planning (calendars that the team can execute smoothly) * Actionable reporting that connects performance insights to next steps * A social presence that feels premium, current, and reflective of our on-ground work and creative output ## Work Location & Schedule * Location: New Delhi, India (on-site) * Schedule: Full-time; flexibility may be required around events, shoots, and peak wedding seasons ## Position Level * Experience: 0–5 years * Best suited for someone hands-on who can plan, execute, and optimize content end-to-end
