Social Media Manager

• You’ll own our social media strategy end to end - developing and executing content, channel, and engagement plans that drive audience growth and tie directly to our brand goals. 
• You’ll be hands-on in producing standout content, from filming and editing short- and long-form videos to creating thumb-stopping reels and static posts.
• You’ll be the voice of our brand across social platforms, engaging with communities, sparking conversations, and building a positive, trusted presence. Success will be measured not just by reach and engagement, but by how social impacts brand perception and digital performance.
• You’ll work closely with growth, product, SEO, and PR to make sure our content amplifies broader initiatives and feels fully connected across the business.

• You have 3-5 years of experience in organic content strategy and social media marketing.
• You know the ins and outs of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and stay on top of platform best practices
• You’re a visual storyteller with hands-on skills in video production, photography, and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Canva)
• You’re confident using analytics tools to track performance and optimise content for growth
• You understand how to build and grow communities, and know how to tap into UGC and influencer partnerships
• You bring an understanding of SEO for social content to improve reach and discoverability
• You can plan strategically, manage calendars, and deliver campaigns that drive measurable impact
• You thrive working cross-functionally, keeping projects moving in a fast-paced environment
• You love creative problem-solving and jump on new trends with curiosity and agility
