Social Media Manager

As our Social Media Manager, you won't just be posting online. You'll be in charge of the big picture: creating the strategy, building our community on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, and running important projects from start to finish. Your work will directly help our business grow. 🚀

You'll work with popular creators, use AI tools to make your job easier, and make sure we're part of the conversation online. You'll take creative ideas and turn them into successful campaigns that our audience loves. ✨

• Create and run our social media plan to grow our brand and help the business

• Plan and create content (text, photos, short videos) that makes people stop scrolling

• Work with creators and influencers to reach more people

• Manage social media projects from the first idea to the final report

• Jump on trends and current events to keep our content fresh and relevant

• Look at the numbers to see what's working and improve our strategy

• You have 3-5 years of experience running social media for a brand

• You have strong project management skills and the ability to use data to make decisions

• You’re great at making content (text, images, video) and writing catchy posts.

• You're comfortable with using AI tools in your daily workflow to boost efficiency

• You're fluent in both Czech and English

• You’ve used tools like Zoomsphere or Ravineo before

• You speak other European languages
