The Role

Position: Social Media Manager
Job Type: Full-Time Freelancer
Working hours: 40  hours per week
Shifts: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm ET

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead the growth and engagement of our brand across all digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing a compelling social media strategy, creating high-quality content, growing our online community, and measuring the impact of your efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a cohesive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Create engaging, original content (posts, stories, videos, reels) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
  • Schedule and publish content consistently across all channels.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze engagement, and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the design, guest experience, and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Engage with followers and respond to messages/comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up to date on trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

 Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of major platforms and their analytics tools.
  • Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset, proactive attitude, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
