We are seeking a Social Media Manager for one of our investment products, DilMil, to grow the Instagram page, TikTok page (followers & engagement), and Influencer marketing.
Your main tasks will be:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
- Create engaging content for all social media platforms, including posts, stories, and videos
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activities
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance and generate reports
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing goals
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and events
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
We expect from you:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role
- Strong understanding of the South Asian culture and community
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media best practices
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, or Canva
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
- Public-speaking skills (able to create content in front of the camera)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to put out brave content (by taking a stand, being slightly risky)
