We are seeking a Social Media Manager for one of our investment products, DilMil, to grow the Instagram page, TikTok page (followers & engagement), and Influencer marketing.

Your main tasks will be:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
• Create engaging content for all social media platforms, including posts, stories, and videos
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activities
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
• Analyze social media metrics to track performance and generate reports
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing goals
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and events
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

We expect from you: 

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role
• Strong understanding of the South Asian culture and community
• Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media best practices
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, or Canva
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
• Public-speaking skills (able to create content in front of the camera)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to put out brave content (by taking a stand, being slightly risky)
