Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and community growth.
- Oversee content creation, curation, and management, ensuring alignment with brand voice and audience engagement.
- Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive brand community.
- Monitor social media metrics to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and identify growth opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in Crypto and Web3 space.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, track performance, and optimize budget allocation for maximum impact.
- Produce and edit short-form videos for TikTok and Reels that resonate with the target audience.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of social media management experience, with a strong focus on Crypto, Web3, or Fintech.
- Deep understanding of Crypto, Web3, and Fintech spaces, trends, and community dynamics.
- Advanced expertise in X (formerly Twitter) and familiarity with platform-specific best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on community engagement and brand storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven, with proficiency in social media analytics tools for performance tracking and strategy optimization.
- Experience creating and editing short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
